This finger tape is designed for us in jiu jitsu, judo and other grappling arts.
Provides extra support on sore joints.
As a black belt in jiujitsu, I (ScrambleMatt) give this the lumpy and crooked THUMBS UP. I use finger tape to protect any knuckles that have been injured, also to protect the huge lumps that start to stick out from your knuckles after over a decade on the mats. You can also tape one finger to another in case of finger injuries.
