This is a special edition t-shirt with a bold art print, hand-drawn by the artist Yutaka, who goes by the handle Yutaka Beergod on Instagram.
Yutaka-san’s style is a beautiful blend of Japanese artistic sensibility and a simplistic western tattoo style, resulting in striking and memorable images.
As soon as we saw his artwork, we had to commission him to draw for us. The result is this t-shirt. The kanji loosely translates to “Unbeatable.” We left him a blank slate for design, and he mixed the image of a classical jiu jitsu man with the English lion to create this homage to our Japanese / UK roots.
