That means it keeps ice cold water cold, and keeps coffee hot. This hasn’t been scientifically verified, but I went on a long walk and took 2 litres of coffee with me. I drank the whole thing, and not only was it piping hot the entire day, but it allowed me to literally see through time and touch the fabric of the universe using my mind. It was an awesome day. Except I didn’t sleep that night. Or the next. And I was basically vibrating for 48 hours straight.
In conclusion, you should buy this flask if you hate traipsing off to suck on the stupid tap (faucet) during training when your puny, smaller water bottle runs out of juice.
